It is another cold, clear day here in Durango, Colorado. I am busy diving more deeply into the process of transforming trauma. When trauma hits the nervous system one of three responses occurs - fight, flight, or freeze. It seems appropriate that today I am exploring freeze in the nervous system since it was two degrees below zero when I got up this morning.

Transforming Trauma
It is another cold, clear day here in Durango, Colorado. I am busy diving more deeply into the process of transforming trauma. When trauma hits the nervous system one of three responses occurs - fight, flight, or freeze. It seems appropriate that today I am exploring freeze in the nervous system since it was two degrees below zero when I got up this morning.
