A Fresh Start for the New Year

Do you make New Year’s resolutions, set goals, perhaps make a vision board, or focus on your hearts desires at the beginning of a New Year? The question arises, are you creating a fresh start with the same old thoughts, the same brain and the same membranes? Radical Gratitude is the bridge between where you are and the manifestation of your hearts desires. Gratitude is a way to clear the old thought patterns and transform you body/mind.

Your conscious and subconscious thoughts help to create your reality. The only problem is that the subconscious triggers 40 million nerve impulses per second and runs 95% of the time. In contrast, the self-conscious fires 40 nerve impulses per second and runs 5% of the time. So basically your subconscious is running the show. The good news is that the gratitude technologies can transform the limiting, sabotaging, negative subconscious patterns into abundance, joy and delight.

Some of the subconscious programming is held in the cellular membranes in your body. As a tiny child up to the age of about six, your brain functions like a sponge. As a child, your brain was functioning in delta state, a hypnogogic state of unquestioning absorption. In this brain state there is no ability for the brain to differentiate what is taken in, everything registers as the truth. So, if you lived in an abusive household, abuse is registered in your body as the truth. Until you consciously transform this pattern, abuse will show up in some form in your adult life.

By bringing spinning Spheres of Gratitude in to your thought structures, patterns of behavior and membranes, transformation can occur. Spirals of Gratitude spin like a rotor-rooter dissolving the old patterns. Gratitude Spinners, which look like a spinning top, unscrew the old structures and create space for the new. Bring gratitude to the old and watch as it dissolves, this will create new space and clearer thinking. As you use gratitude to envision your New Year’s resolutions and goals, your hearts desires can manifest with greater ease and joy.

Your Brain, a meditation MP3 uses spinning gratitude throughout your brain to bring about transformation.

Blessings for a healthy, joyful and prosperous New Year,
Dr. Cynthia

Send Gratitude to Your Parents and Get On With Your Life!

We all are carrying around our parent’s imprints in our bodies. The good news is that now there is a way to clear the parental imprint and move forward with our own lives. As tiny children we are sponges absorbing the world around us and in particular our parents, either their presence or their absence. All this is absorbed during the theta brain state from the fetus through the first six years of life. The brain function in early childhood has no ability to discriminate the good from the completely unacceptable. Everything that has been absorbed is held as the truth. All this information is stored in the cellular membranes. The cellular membranes then inform the cellular functioning. So how you see the world, how your body functions and how your brain works is influenced by the unconscious programming from early childhood that is held in your cellular membranes. As the membranes are cleared, there is space for your own magnificent self in your own body.

As you thank your parents for their imprint and send more gratitude to the membrane, transformation occurs. Invite your parent’s energy to go back to where it came from, it really is not yours, or who you are. As the energy of your mother and father releases from the cellular membranes, send gratitude to your parents, no matter what they have done or not done, and send gratitude to the membranes.

Next release the residue that is left in the membrane into the light or the black hole at the center of the universe. This reside has held the old and created a space that can now be filled with your unique essence. Invite your essence into this newly cleared space in your membranes. This is a process that will take some time. So, anytime you are acting, thinking, or feeling like your parents, send gratitude and watch as your life transforms. By sending gratitude, this is more than an idle ‘thanks’; this is an active spiraling, high frequency gratitude that actually changes the cellular structures of your body. To learn about how to use gratitude visit The Art of Radical Gratitude.

Until these membranes are cleared you cannot be yourself. You can only see from the inside out and your vision and self-image is reflected out and filtered through your membranes. When the membranes are filled with the dos and don’ts of your parents, societies toxins, trauma, pain and sorrow it is hard to see clearly and impossible to be your true self. The truth of who you are is hiding behind the toxic patterns of your family in your membranes.

Your parent’s did the best they could do at the time. Considering all the unconscious patterns that are passed down in the membranes from generation to generation, it is a miracle that they did as good a job as they did. Your parent’s job was to imprint you to keep you alive. Since you are still alive and reading this, your parents imprint did a fabulous job that is now complete. Your job is to take responsibility to clear your own membranes and let your magnificence shine through. Holding a grudge, blaming, or ignoring your parent’s only keeps you stuck and acting just like them! Gratitude releases their hold on you and sets you free.

For more information on how to use gratitude for transformation, the MP3 meditation visualizations on Mother and Father use the gratitude tools to assist you to change your relationship with your parents.

Abundance Membrane

The membrane of survival is a tight, very constrictive, dark, toxic, rigid structure that only allows in the bare minimum to subsist. Gratitude spirals unscrew the crusted old survival panels that encapsulate the membrane to allow greater space and movement. The new membrane of abundance is complete, well formed, and pulsating in a cadence connected with the heart. The rigid survival membrane dissolves in gratitude as the abundance membrane comes to life rhythmically beating at a higher frequency. Finally, the smoky shadow of survival evaporates into the black hole at the center of the universe as the abundance membrane further activates.

The radiating field emanates a glowing golden ray that extends between the cosmos and the core deep within the body. The membranes on all levels and dimensions pulsate in synergistic harmony connecting the pineal gland, heart, core of the earth and heart of the galactic center. The energies from the cosmos flow in a wave into the body bringing in encoded messages, sacred geometry, colors, tones and frequencies. This oscillation extends down the body into the earth. The energies of the earth undulate up the body mixing in the heart in perfect proportion with the cosmic energies, then continue on to saturate the brain. This two-way flow surges simultaneously through the body bringing greater peace, safety, consciousness and harmony. As greater energies from the cosmos enter the body, a deeper connection with the earth is required for stabilization and balance.

The feet, along with the rest of the body become radiant, with light streaming out each of the toes in all directions. The body calibrates to the increased energies of the earth at the heart as the divine cosmic energy flows in greater profusion throughout the body. As the multi-dimensions of membranes expand and pulsate in harmony with the heartbeat of all life, more ancient rigid structures crumble and dissolve in the high frequency montage propelling and expanding new life and the evolution of consciousness.

The audio mediation visualization MP3 ‘More Abundance’ takes you on a step by step process to release thoughts and thought forms of lack and scarcity with spinning Gratitude.

Fear and Anger Reveal Gift

Deeply buried under the limiting patterns of your life is a gift. As you send spinning gratitude to the limiting patterns, the fear or anger and things you don’t want, a gift is revealed. The catch is to go deep enough.

The layers of toxins and old patterns created a shell of perceived safety around and through your body. This old layer of perceived safety can be filled with patterns that are really hurtful, dysfunctional or downright destructive. These layers were laid down when you were a tiny child, when you had no ability to differentiate. If anger was the family pattern, anger is in your nervous system and this pattern of anger is what is known as safety. So when a stressful situation arises, your body will retreat to anger, because that is what your nervous system knows. Until these patterns are cleared, your nervous system will continue to get triggered, no matter how great your intention.

Spinning vortexes of gratitude unscrew the layers of old patterns, fear or anger that have held your old stuff in place. Gratitude transforms all - the good, the bad and the totally unacceptable. The good increases while the bad and totally unacceptable transform with the high frequency of gratitude. As the gratitude spinners twirl deeper into your body, more crusty old parts fall off. The old patterns come off in layers so your body can adjust and recalibrate to a higher level of functioning. If everything came off at once, that would cause more trauma to your nervous system. The gradual melting away of the old with gratitude creates integration and ease in your body.

The limitation created by family dysfunction, your fear or anger has created a framework for your life’s development. This inner mechanism has been in place so you could navigate in the world. If your entire essence was revealed at birth or early childhood, it would have been too hard to discover your individual self. The vast sea of non-differentiated oneness is too great a field to individuate in. Once you become an individual, then the limiting framework that created your life can be dissolved.

As you send thanks to the layers of patterns that have formed who you are, your authentic self can now come out radiantly glowing with ease and grace. What is revealed is your shinning magnificent essence.

One great method to unveil the gift residing within and release the layers from childhood is by listening to the guided visualization audio 'Birth Your Magnificent Self'.

Book Signing ~ Huge Success!

The book signing for my new book The Art of Radical Gratitude at the Durango Arts Center last week was a huge success ~ people were inspired and books were sold! Thanks for the support from Carson Jones and Heather Leavitt, both from the Durango Arts Center.

The audience reaction was wonderful. Here are a few excerpts from the emails I received after the talk~

“You did a fantastic job tonight! The audience loved you! It was really an experience watching you and their reaction to you. They loved your manner. There's something calming, nurturing, and in control when you speak and the audience reacted positively to it! You weren't high pressure or "on stage" or "selling" something. You were just relating experiences and they loved it! Congratulations!”

“You did a great job...and the energy in there was wonderful!”

“Enjoyed your talk tonight. I visioned you as a jeweler honing and polishing the many facets of your life into a beautiful stone of gratitude.”

‘Playing Like God’ – The Collapsing Old Paradigm

We are at such a fascinating juncture in history. The old paradigm is collapsing on a path similar to the dinosaurs, while the new paradigm is emerging. I was recently working with a client, Renee LeBeau, and she came up with the phrase “Playing Like God’ for the old paradigm. The old paradigm is the age of outside authority, where men act like they are god - the doctors, lawyers, politicians and many spiritual leaders who claim to know what is best for you. They have the information and power to make decisions that impact your very existence. This ‘Playing Like God’ is a mechanistic paradigm where authority rests outside one’s Self.

The emerging paradigm sees the divinity within the individual as the source to direct one’s life, rather than the external ‘Playing Like God’ authority. The Western medical model is a prime example of the old paradigm. You go to the doctor and after a few moments the doctor has decided what is wrong with you and hands you a prescription. The prescription is not designed to cure what ails you; it is designed to mask the symptoms well enough so you keep buying more drugs. If the drugs cured you, there would be no repeat, lifetime customer for the drug company. The goal is to keep you alive so you can keep buying meds without curing you. In order to be approved by the FDA, a drug has to be shown that it can kill you if you take too much. If an overdose won’t kill you, the FDA will not approve the substance as a drug. The doctors push the pills and the pharmaceuticals keep the doctors in business. It is a win-win symbiotic relationship between the doctors and the pharmaceuticals. The only person who does not benefit is you. Your symptoms have been masked, and since the underlying cause is never looked at or addressed, this will then lead to further complications. Then the cycle repeats itself with more doctors’ appointments and more drugs. More people die in this country from prescriptions than from any other cause of death. According to the World Health Organization, “The U.S. health system spends a higher portion of its gross domestic product than any other country but ranks 37 out of 191 countries according to its performance, the report finds.” This is just one of the symptoms of the ‘Playing Like God’ syndrome.

The financial chaos that is coming up is another area of the ‘Playing Like God’ syndrome. The American dollar, Canadian dollar and Mexican peso will soon be combined into a single currency, the Amero, similar to the Euro. The process of shifting currencies will lead to great financial loss for the majority of people and huge financial gain for the elite few.

So, how to cope with this dramatic shifting that is taking place? The choice is clear, you can continue on your same path and become extinct like the dinosaurs, or you can consciously shift to align with your own innate wisdom. One simple way is to start within your own body. Currently most people have both the internal mechanisms of feeling a victim to external authority and a connection to the internal divine. Bring in gratitude to the mechanism inside yourself that gives your power and your authority to an outside source. Inside your body, this outside authority looks like an etheric mechanism. This mechanism holds the thoughts and beliefs that the source outside your body knows more about you than you do. Surround this mechanism with a spinning vortex of gratitude and watch as it transforms. Now bring your attention to your heart. There deep inside your heart resides your divine nature, your inner wisdom, your soul, or source – whatever your word is for that which resides untouched within.

I am advocating that you start within your own body to make the changes, instead of rebelling outwardly and continuing the ancient pattern of war that has plagued our thinking for eons.

Fear and terror run the old paradigm and the ‘Playing Like God’ mechanisms, while love and gratitude run and power the internal divine wisdom that resides within. As you shift your consciousness from giving the outside authority your power to trusting your inner innate wisdom your life will change. As you learn to trust your inner wisdom you will have the necessary tools and information to navigate the upcoming chaos with grace and delight.

The more you can rest in the joy and delight of your inner divine self, the easier the transition will be for you. You will also be of greater service to others when you live from a heart-filled expanded position. Now, more than ever, it is time to live in gratitude and joy.

What is Your Color Personality Profile?

I have created four different color wheels to learn more about yourself. See which color wheel you are drawn to, one will resonate with your body. It may not have your favorite colors, but your body will love it. Everyone has aspects from each color wheel within, but there is one, sometime two, color charts that are predominant for each person.

to learn about your colors please go to http://brainforsuccess.com/colorpersonality.html

Color and the Evolution of Consciousness

It is interesting to note that colors have become more complex as our lives and society has become more complex. When looking at the colors used by the Masters of the Renaissance paintings, it can be noted that the color pallet is not as wide a spectrum as today’s color pallets. As consciousness evolves, we are able to see a deeper range of colors.

Volumes have been written on color; its psychological, physiological, emotional, cultural and spiritual impacts on our bodies, minds and spirits. Dr Amber writes, “Light through color may be regarded as an expression of expanding human awareness of itself and the cosmos.” He goes on to say that “the body also has a soul, the substance of which is color. Color is an aspect of the body; to those who believe in the soul, it may be said that color is as necessary to the soul and air is to the body. Without a bridge between these two worlds, the inner and the outer, man has no guide for daily living. Color is that bridge.”

Use these color wheels to discover more about yourself and create a wider bridge between your inner and outer worlds. As you bring in more colors into your field of vision, your brain will shift and your life will start to transform.

Depression Shifts with Gratitude

Here is an email I received today that I wanted to share with you:

" I have to tell you that my husband has been getting a dose of Dr. Cynthia Miller and Gratitude. So, today, when he got home from work, I was telling him something about gratitude yet again and he said he had picked up on it and had been saying "gratitude" to himself. That is a real step for him. He constantly fights depression and has for years and can usually find something negative about most anything. He's a real skeptic/cynic. For him to be going around saying "gratitude" to himself all day is amazing. I also guess that "gratitude" has a different meaning to him than the words "Thank You" and your message has helped him discover that.

Now, I get it, gratitude is a condition that we must learn to live in. He is a very sensitive man and he picked that up. His sensitivity is part of his depression, he really feels bad for the bad things that happened in Rwanda or any of those places. Anyway, your saying that gratitude permeates all things in our brain and will sort it all out for us was his next message from you. It will be become more and more real for all of us.

Thank you very much Dr. Miller!"

What do the candidates' faces reveal?

by Jean Haner
Author of The Wisdom of Your Face

There are many aspects of Barack Obama's face that indicate a man who has a clear vision and the ability to achieve it. The shape of his eyebrows and eyes show that he is not impulsive, nor is he a 'pleaser'; instead, he'll take time to evaluate any situation logically before making a decision. But once he's decided, he'll move forward with no delay. His lower eyelids signify that he will always care about creating a win-win for everyone involved in any situation.

His temples are slightly indented, which reveal a tendency toward being compulsive about work, but also a highly spiritual nature. He will need to be sure to include exercise in his life, in order to relieve any stress.
His jaw is well-defined but narrow. This shows someone who's willing to listen to all sides of an issue, considering diverse needs without being too set in his own opinions. His ears stick out, indicating an independent nature, and this, along with his hairline means he's a bit of a rebel! He also has a mole in an important place near his nose, a sign that he has a powerful purpose in his life.
Overall, there are some significant things to be gleaned from his face as a whole. It'll be important for him to live a life of authenticity and meaning. He wants to make a real difference in the world. It would be especially uncomfortable for him if people misinterpret his words or motivations, because he does have such a genuine nature.
Obama is a practical idealist - he has his head in the clouds but his feet on the ground, a wonderful combination. The same aspects of his face that show this visionary nature also indicate someone who may be experienced by others as a bit aloof. He isn't the warm and fuzzy teddy bear type, and he definitely needs his 'alone' time. But it's a mistake to think he's distant or arrogant. On the contrary, he has a true inner passion, and his path in life is about the devotion to helping others live their best lives.

Joe Biden has the face of a diplomat, able to deal very graciously with a wide variety of situations and personalities. His hairline and forehead show he's open-minded yet thinks for himself. His level eyebrows and squared-off chin indicate a strong practical streak and good common sense. The joy lines around his eyes (what Westerners usually call 'crows' feet') reveal a genuinely caring heart. All this bodes very well for his abilities on many levels and I think he's a spectacular choice for VP.
What interests me most about his face, however, is the difference between the left and right sides! If you use your finger to cover one side of his face, and then the other, you'll see distinct differences.
In Chinese face reading, the left side of the face is said to show someone's more private self, and the right side, the public self. Here we have someone with a much brighter, friendlier expression on his public side. This isn't a surprise. You'd expect a politician to show a very friendly face publicly - it convinces us that he does want make a real connection with us.
So we turn to the left side to see what's also going on privately. On many people, if you look only at the left side of their face, you often see a sad face or even a very negative expression. But here we see a really grounded, authentic expression. Certainly you can see touches of the grief he's experienced in his life. But there is still a genuine warmth. Biden's private self is in balance and encourages trust.

John McCain is a courageous man with great personal strength. He also is a loyal friend, for whom relationships are important. We know this by his life story, but also by looking at his strong lower face. Having said that, this aspect of his face also concerns me. Such a powerful jaw and lower face also indicate someone with enormous potential for anger.
But you can't tell everything about someone simply by looking at one feature on their face. So we need to consider what the rest of McCain's face is saying to us. His eyes are deep-set, and held in a narrowed fashion. This reveals someone who 'plays his cards close to the vest' - you will not always know what he's thinking. And this also signifies that he is not comfortable with his more difficult emotions. He doesn't know how to easily communicate what he's feeling when he's upset, or how to do it in a healthy manner. McCain's tense mouth also shows he's trying to suppress his feelings.
So these three indicators on his face show me that this is someone with 'anger issues', who'll be likely to hold his feelings in until he explodes. They also show at least a tendency toward secretiveness. Now, this can be a good quality for a president, who certainly would need to withhold information on a regular basis.
We also notice a difference between his right and left eyes. Although it may seem like a minor thing, the lower eyelids reveal how much we care about how others fare, or whether we're mostly concerned with our own well-being. His right lower eyelid is rounded, which means that he wants you to believe he cares about your needs. But when we look at his left eye, we see it's more narrowed and the lower eyelid is more of a straight line. This is someone who privately is not overly concerned with creating a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Sarah Palin has the jawline of a successful politican. Studies have shown that politicians with strong, well- defined jaws tend to win elections. In Chinese face reading, her jaw indicates someone who is very competitive, and not shy about pushing forward toward her goals. Her jaw also reveals a rigid belief system, kind of a 'my way or the highway' attitude toward others.
One of the things the jawline shows is how easily influenced someone can be. A strong jaw can be an indicator of firm beliefs and integrity. But Palin's jaw is so powerful a force that it shows she is too stuck in her own way of seeing the world and not likely to consider others' beliefs, values or needs.
Her rounded eyes and curved eyebrows do show a tendency to be kind to others, thanks goodness, and her mouth shows that she cares very much about family and her relationships.

Her prominent cheeks reveal her desire to express her opinion, tell others what to do, and to hold authority overall. She is very well-equipped to speak up and will not be shy to give orders! This is a tough cookie.

Self-Doubt, Fear and Radical Gratitude

I want to share this email and my response about joy and radical gratitude. After reading The Art of Radical Gratitude, the following question arose:

“Your book is full of beautiful images and words that cause me to reflect and put into practice.

My question as an analogy:
My question is, when you get there, when you have obtained joy, happiness and bliss, then what? I feel undeserving of it. I feel as if I have earned my way to the end of the diving board and I have a decision. I can either dive my favorite, most beautiful, elegant dive or allow my self-doubt to push me off, plunge in fear and have to climb the ladder again and try to find my way to end of the board to experience again. Is the answer in the rainbow, the glass ceiling?”

From what I have read and from my personal experience, there is the choice, moment to moment to choose grace, joy and gratitude or self-doubt and fear. This is not a one-time event for most people; it is a choice at each breath. The joy and gratitude keep going deeper, ever deeper, with no end. The gift of the self-doubt and fear is to follow that, rather than run the other way, and breakthrough into joy in the absolute depths of fear, terror and self-doubt. That is the practice!

The answer is in the moment, living your life in joy and gratitude, no matter what! What a truly radical stance to take!

“Thank you so much! Now I understand how radical it is. And how difficult it is to have such joy when the rest of our society and world does not feel this way.
Thank you, in the moment, I choose gratitude!”

Gratitude Postcard Project

“Seeing blessings in the little things has lead me to a much happier experience and prevented me from going further into complaining, depression and being unsatisfied with my life,” says founder Damaris Pierce. “When you put appreciation into sincere words, it actually manifests that intention. Auspiciously, there is now a lot of scientific research and proof that any mental activity, whether it be fear, love or inquiry, has a direct impact onto the physical world. Whatever we put out there, we get back. Gratitude is a beautiful way to let the Universe know what you love, what you are grateful for - isn’t that what you want more of?”

The national I-Am-Thankful postcard art project encourages you to show your thanks! Postcards submitted can honor people, places, things or circumstances. They can be simple or elaborate, as long as they remain two-dimensional. Please visit http://www.iamthankful.com/ for more information.

Create your postcard and send it to Damaris. Join in by sending gratitude out into the world. Thank You!

Giving Thanks is not just for Thanksgiving!

Vote!

Walking in downtown Durango, Colorado I saw these wonderful women with their signs encouraging each of us to vote. Sponsored by The Women's Resource Center in Durango, Colorado, which promotes resources and advocates for the personal empowerment and economic self-sufficiency of women and girls in La Plata County.

Today marks the 88th year where women have the right to vote. This year it is very important that we all get out and exercise our right to vote and make our voices heard.

Using Anger for Transformation

In an earlier comment, Rebecca asked about anger. “During transformation, I sometimes notice anger and frustration more than fear or terror. While it can feel as if the anger is a response to deeper fear, sometimes it feels as if the anger is a stand-alone emotion stirred up or unleashed by the changes going on within.”

In my work I have found that anger is a deep-seated emotion in the ancient parts of our brains. Anger and rage are the impetus to change and transformation. Anger creates movement, while many times fear can create a frozen state.

This excerpt from my new book, The Art of Radical Gratitude addresses rage. Take the depths of rage that have been building since the dawn of consciousness and use it for your personal breakthrough and transformation. Add gratitude to the rage. This rage is really the energy behind creation; it is the force of evolution. We can choose to consciously thank that power- the energy of destruction and annihilation that brings about the birth of the new.

The raw power of anger is a formidable match to break through old stuck energies that block your dreams. Use the tremendous force and power of your anger, mixed with gratitude, to bring radical transformation to your life.

Maintaining the Discipline of Gratitude

I received this comment on my YouTube video, One Minute Shift - Gratitude Transforms the World! “The problem for me is maintaining the discipline of being grateful moment by moment for the necessary time required for building the powerful state.”

In my new book, The Art of Radical Gratitude, the Gratitude Tool Kit offers techniques and practices to easily create moment-by-moment gratitude. Each of the tools offers a unique practice to bring gratitude into your body, into your cells so that the commanding energies of gratitude can transform whatever is arising in the moment. As you work with the Gratitude Tool Kit, the process deepens creating a powerful vortex of transformational energy.

The award-winning photographs in The Art of Radical Gratitude also trigger awakening and change within your body to assist in the process of bringing gratitude into your life. Practice Radical Gratitude and watch your life transform.

Meeting fear with Gratitude

by Shannon Iris

Cynthia,
I am simply blown away. More accurately I am blown home. The concept of meeting fear with radical gratitude is a magic bullet for me. How precious. I have no idea why panic had re-emerged in my life (after a 5-6 year hiatus) but last night as I was falling asleep it was there again with a vengeance. About five minutes after falling asleep I woke with pounding heart, and because of my auspicious meeting with you that very day, met the process with gratitude. The panic was instantly replaced by joy: total confidence builder. I drifted off to sleep without fear. Round two (probably 15 minutes later) was much, much more intense... it got away from me. In the midst of full-blown terror I grabbed a hold of the concept of gratitude; it was like trying to grab a cord attached to a sail in a high wind. At first I couldn't discern whether I had it because the noise of the wind, the flapping of the sail and the pounding of my heart were deafening. The panic began to subside.

Looking back I clearly feel the essence of what gratitude offered me... presence, Gratitude grounded me in the experience. I remember it all, the texture of my pounding heart, the intensity of the storm. This morning I have a vision of my situation last night: I was on a sailboat in high seas. The environment was raging and for the first time all the pieces were there to handle my situation.

The storm continued all night, I would wake and tend to the necessities of being afloat on high seas and drift easily back into sleep. Today I am rested and empowered - I am seasoned.

Tears of joy flowing from deep gratitude,
Shannon Iris

Shifting Your Reality Changes the World - Process of Transformation Article #10

Do you get confused when changes happen in your body? Within each level of consciousness exists different world views, different ways of living and perceiving reality. Shifting from one frequency to another requires a shift in thinking patterns and a subsequent shift in the quality of your life and how you live your life.

As the shift takes place from one frequency to another, frustrations, anxieties and fears may arise. This new frequency is unknown, with unknown laws and rules. At the lower frequencies, fear is in charge. At the higher frequencies, your authentic Self becomes more and more in change. The truth that ‘all is one’ starts to resonate more deeply in your body and the tension, the friction between the cells diminishes as your mind opens up and embraces all. The duality is embraced in the mysterious paradox and greater levels of inner peace are experienced.

When diving deep into the cells, a doorway opens to the infinite, into the mystery and into all that is. This is the doorway many are seeking to find when they search outside themselves for answers and the truth. The body holds the secret and is the doorway, the passageway into the divine, to the heart of the beloved and into that which we are seeking.

As we each experience our own magnificence we can then see that magnificence in others and in the world around us. How on earth can we wage war on our own fellow human beings when we become aware of and see this magnificence? As more people dive deeper into the transformation process and embrace their own true Self the world will start to shift. We each hold the key within ourselves to transforming our lives and the world around us. Are you ready to do your part? Start now, start within your own body and be a part of the world’s transformation.

Nutritional Supplements, Massage, Bodywork and Dance Assist Change - Process of Transformation Article #9

When there is a heavy rainstorm, the next day the rivers are muddy. Likewise when high frequency energy has gone through your body, the old gets stirred up and released. In the release, the emotions can and may surface along with all the old debris. Allow all your emotions to come out. Sometimes you feel worse, and then you feel better than you did before. Drink lots of water. Your body is releasing lots of old toxins and water flushes out the old. Be gentle with yourself; send yourself gratitude for what you are going through.

Move your body as you send gratitude allowing the gratitude to start to flow into all the suck blocked places. Stretch the parts that hurt. Move and wiggle through the pain into delight. Allow the delight to spread as your body moves to its own inner heartbeat and rhythm. Put on some great music and dance around. With different kinds of music your body will move in different ways. Sometimes you may want soft, slithering oozing music, while at other moments a pulsating, pounding rhythm is helpful. Your body likes to move through different states as it unwinds the past. Using only a few types of music may limit your results. Explore! As you explore new music, your body will open in new ways allowing the delight and joy to cascade into yet another hidden recess in your body, moving you closer to sensuous delight in your body.

Bodywork is another fabulous way to assist your body to transform. There are so many amazing healing modalities available today that your body has a vast array of techniques to choose from. Find the ones that make your body sing.

A great nutritional supplement can be really help here. It brings the necessary support for your body to release the toxins, to transform and to open to more light, luster and splendor. If you start to detox too quickly, cut back on what you are doing. If it is nutritional supplements, cut back a bit. If it is too much cough yoga, cut back for a little while so your body does not have to go though too intense a healing crisis. You can be gentle with yourself and experience deep transformation.

As the next layers release make sure your body feels safe. Safety is needed for the nervous system to re-organize, for the cellular membranes to shift and for the field to be filled with light.

Thank Your Sagging Flab and Watch Your Life Change - Process of Transformation Article #8

Loving your body and giving thanks for the flab, the parts that don’t work very well and all the parts that work beautifully will change your life. Bring gratitude to the kidney stones, arthritis, and the back pain. It certainly cannot hurt and perhaps it will transform. This practice is not a replacement for seeing your doctor.

Gratitude can bring ease to your body. Flabby sagging breasts will not be perky again, but you will feel better about your body with gratitude for the sagging flesh. A deep inner contentment and satisfaction can replace the self-judgments, self-loathing and self-hatred so you can enjoy your body. It has done such a marvelous job of getting you to where you are now. Thank it!

The wisdom of the universe lies within your body, in the cells. This wisdom comes from an internal connection between the upper and lower parts of your body. The intuitive knowing that springs forth from your guts unites with the heart and head to create a joyous, loving productive life.

When the internal knowing from the lower part of your body is denied, made wrong or violently cut off, war is carted within the body that leads to dissatisfaction, disease, depression, heartache and unhappiness. Why not use the internal knowing and longing as a force leading you to your own evolution? That deep longing is the energy behind the untying of the knot that exists between the heart and solar plexus. The deep longing is to be complete and whole within your body, the ultimate connecting of the upper and lower parts of the body for profound inner connection.

Clear Your Thoughts and Live Your Hearts Desires - Process of Transformation Article #7

Are you tied down by your negative disruptive thoughts? Thoughts come and go but are rooted and tied down to the internal thought structures. These structures can change with the high frequency of love and gratitude.

Imagine lying on the floor with weights strapped all over your body. Your hands, arms and legs all have 30-pound weights tied to them while your back has 300-pound weights built into your clothes. Now, imagine trying to dance. This is what happens to the energy in your body when it is weighted down with tons of mind chatter and sludge. The thoughts are not who you are. The internal wave functions at a low frequency because each of the untrue beliefs is an anchor or weight that the wave has to carry. It is very hard for the wave to flow freely at a high frequency with lots of internal baggage. As the old ideas get released, the wave can become freer and oscillate at its truer frequency. Gratitude clears the old thought structures and brings new clarity and ease to your body.

As the old thoughts and thought structures are cleared from the mind, there is more space and the possibility for a deeper connection with all parts of the body. As gratitude seeps into all areas of your body this creates a flowing movement that activates the alive pulsating wellspring of creativity, abundance, happiness and well-being. Are you ready to let go of your internal baggage and experience the joyous life your heart desires?

Chaos, Fear and Following Your Bliss - Process of Transformation Article #6

It takes either an act of courage or an act of sheer desperation to jump out of the groove, out of the old thinking to follow your dreams. Perhaps it takes a bit of both to make so bold a move as to disregard all one has known in the past and to step out of the dark, sticky, gooey molasses lined trenches and follow the small bird flying high in the sky. Does it require hitting bottom before one takes the leap into the air, or faithfully praying for a sure footing to land on?

The structures and the chaos are both necessary components. The chaos is needed in order to break apart the old and for it to reconfigure at a higher frequency. During a frequency shift the wave gets wobbly. Fear and terror arise, sometimes tears or an unsettling feeling. The old ideas that held the lower frequencies in place are flying around and the new inner core is stronger to send out a higher resonance. Things look chaotic during a frequency shift. There is a tendency to want to go back to the old, known pattern, yet the new is getting stronger and wants to express itself. The terror that keeps the old in place is getting stirred up with the new, stronger signal.

Consciously bringing in more love, joy and gratitude into the wobbly, shifting wave assists in the unfolding process. High frequency music, breath work and bodywork help to release and clear out the old as the new wave gets into the flow, the pattern of a higher oscillation. Tremendous inner reserves and strength are needed to increase the oscillation. Yet this inner strength comes from surrender rather than from a fighting or forcing. Surrendering to the higher frequencies of gratitude, peace and joy, allows that energy to trickle down and touch the lower frequencies. Everything is given up to gratitude.

The new pulse starts deep and slowly radiates out. New power emerges. The body/cells rest and open to receive the wave. The deeper the relaxation, the deeper the wave can penetrate into the cells. As more and more cells resonate in the vibration of gratitude, greater chunks of the old are released; this can become a streaming process. As the process continues there is an anchoring and radiating of your authentic essence.

Interdependence Day

By Adam Gainsburg

On a day where much attention is focused on holiday activities and our apparent “independence” it can be valuable to become more aware of how very dependent we actually are on each other, and everything we interact with. Without any of them, our life would not hold the magic potential that it does for us.

A Prayer on Interdependence Day

May we vividly see others as our selves.
May we live the idea of Self as a life of Selflessness.
May we devote our thoughts to understanding, our words to truthfulness, and our actions to peace.
May all of our experiences serve the awakening of all Life everywhere.
May we walk into each moment as if the only truth is All of us.
May we each live this day in celebration of our Diversity and in reverence of our Oneness.

Adam Gainsburg, director of Soulsign, offers amazing visceral opportunities for awakening and embodiment: astrology for the evolution of consciousness, breathwork, sound therapy and heart-centered meditation practices. Since 2004, Soulsign has provided invaluable spiritual assistance to many hundreds of individuals, couples and groups. Visit www.Soulsign.com for more information.

Thank Your Trauma; Transmute Your Pain - Process of Transformation Blog #5

As you give thanks to the horrors of your life, deep transformative change occurs. The ancient brain houses the fear, terror and rage patterns. When these are activated, they take over. The magnificent power of gratitude can transform these ancient patterns. The ancient brain has been around for about 500 million years. Can you imagine how pissed off and embittered you would be if you had been working all those years and had never been acknowledged or thanked? Every aspect of the body, every particle and cell has consciousness and awareness. These areas whose job it is to express terror, rage and fear to keep the body safe have not been thanked for eons of time. This higher frequency of gratitude bathes the ancient brain bringing in a more vibrant alive wave. With the gratitude comes a gradual shifting in the bodymind. The fear mechanism remains intact to continue its job to protect the body. However, the overlay of built up unnecessary fear response gradually melts with gratitude. This is true for all the emotional responses.

The responses of fear, anger, rage and sadness are all important and appropriate for proper functioning, and these response mechanisms can build up with an overlay of unnecessary layers. They can get triggered more easily and then create more build-up. The gratitude wave eventually clears away this excessive buildup. It is like cleaning off scum, mold and puss that keeps feeding on itself while getting bigger and bigger. Much of our fear is logged in this portion of the brain and as it is clearing out, deep terror can be experienced. Many times, these emotions need to be experienced as they leave the body. Repressing these ancient emotions only acts to keep them deeply buried. As these old patterns are met with gratitude and thanked, their frequency and wavelength change. The higher frequency of gratitude comes in and breaks up the frozen states of fear. As these frozen states of fear start to melt into the higher vibration, the old energy is experienced once again. This deep level of cellular transformation can be followed by waves of the most incredible sensuous, flowing bliss, peace and deep satisfaction.

The trauma and horrors of the past melt away in the frequency of gratitude and thanks. Generous amounts of life force energies need to flow to the brain for this type of transformation to occur. The old frozen stuck blocks have the opportunity to shift and eventually flow once again creating joy beyond your wildest imagination.

Riding the Emotional Roller Coaster - Process of Transformation Blog #4

Are you riding the emotional roller coaster feeling totally out of control and lost? When the internal energies build up and reach a critical mass they burst through to the next level of wellness and happiness. In other words, you can be feeling great, maybe the best ever and then you feel like crap. It looks like you are having a set back. In reality the next layer of toxins are coming out to be cleaned; then you will feel even better. Rather than seeing this as a setback, it can be seen as birthing into greater wholeness. Instead of two steps forward, one step backward, it is more like your body has the ability to get more refined, to experience greater joy and inner peace.

Different levels or layers get cleared at different times. One process may release emotions and you may feel anger, grief, sadness, and rage all within a short time frame. Sometimes it is the physical stuff that oozes from the body. Other times the thoughts will be attacking you like you just stepped into a hornet’s nest. Still other times the dark night of the soul may descend on you and there is not even the slightest glimmer of light to be found anywhere. These are all a part of the process. Give thanks to it all as it emerges from the deep recesses of your bodymind; when it is done you will experience greater joy than you could ever imagine. Your body is unwinding the past, preparing for a glorious future.

Clear Your Brain; Transform Your Life – Process of Transformation Blog #3

Did you know that your brain is carrying around 500 million years of ancient debris? Can you imagine how much junk you would have in your computer if you did not clear out your emails, delete your old files and empty the trash? Our skull holds three brains, each built on top of the other serving different purposes and functions. The ancient reptilian brain, which is about 500 million years old, is the oldest and smallest part of the evolving human brain. This brain center is concerned with the fundamental processes of keeping the body alive, needs of survival and safety, fight, flight or freeze. When a situation of either real or perceived survival is at hand, the ancient brain overrides the newer, more complex rational components of the brain.

Next in the evolutionary scale comes the limbic system, which is about 50 million years old, which among other things is concerned with emotions and the avoidance of pain and the seeking of pleasure. The newest brain center, the 2.6 million year old neocortex, is on top of the older brains and controls higher-order thinking skills, reason, language, creativity, visions and dreams. The right and left hemispheres connected by the corpus callosum are all a part of the neocortex.

Until the ancient brain patterns of fear and terror are cleared or at least neutralized, they will override peace and harmony thus undermining and sabotaging creativity, dreams and visions. Peace, harmony and balance start in the membrane, field, brain structure, cells and body then radiate out into the world, creating a joy-filled life.

Couch Yoga- change your life from the comfort of your couch!

Process Of Transformation Blog #2

Couch yoga is an important part of the transformation process. Changing the cells requires vast amounts of energy and the body needs time to adjust to the new higher frequencies. Couch yoga is not lying there moaning and swigging on a cold beer watching TV, that’s couch potato. Couch yoga is a very precise process of bringing your consciousness to the shifting cellular structures in your body. By observing and bringing consciousness to the micro and macro movements in your body, transformation occurs. Rather than just ignoring what is transpiring inside, conscious gratitude transforms the tiniest of shifts creating the new framework for your life.
The key is to be comfortable and feel safe as these inner events transpire. When things get too intense, move your body and shift your focus to feeling good. Find the luscious delicious safety flowing in your body. There are times when the body needs rest as it transforms. Sink into the process, enjoy the delight of inner movement with conscious attention and great joy can be experienced while lying on the couch under your favorite blanket. Couch yoga is a process of bringing conscious, non-judgmental observation to what is happening in the body, while finding luscious, joyful delight.
The body needs safety to change. The couch, the floor, the closet, a car, the banks of a river, a tent in the woods, are all places where your body can feel safe, or whatever works for you. Keep opening your feet, sending the energy into the center of the earth. Melt into the couch or the floor and feel the support as your body experiences deep safety and support. Pain may be present, give it gratitude and find the pleasure, support and safety. Go back and forth like a ping-pong ball between the pain and pleasure as the body transmutes. Just beyond the edge of discomfort in the body is great delicious flowing energy, like melting chocolate joy.
Couch yoga is a deep spiritual mind body practice that transforms your life. No rigid practice, not contorted stances to hold, no sitting still back straight with your knees crossed, just resting in sheer delight in your body as it transforms. Great adventures and universes await as you deepen your practice of couch yoga. Who you are is a magnificent being expanding into your true Self.

Gratitude- Process of Transformation Blog # 1

This is the first of a series of blogs about the process of transforming your life. We will be exploring how gratitude works, answering questions and giving practical information.

One of the amazing aspects of gratitude is that its high vibration works with both the wanted and unwanted. When giving thanks for the destructive negative aspects, the high vibration of gratitude melts, dissolves or releases these negative energies. On the other hand, gratitude increases the strength and potency of the aspects that are positive and wanted. This makes the process very easy; give gratitude to everything and everything will naturally sort itself out.

The process of giving thanks for something you do not want creates an energetic shift that opens to healing and ultimately release. Sometimes people have trouble giving thanks for something they do not want. However, in gratitude and giving thanks, the process of resistance dissolves the old and creates an opening for the new. When the neglected and hurt parts inside are filled with gratitude they can then transform. The old carved out spaces of pain, suffering, fear and trauma have created massive room in the body that can be transformed through gratitude to house more of your essence to create deeper joy and delight in your life.

Change your life by giving gratitude for what you have and watch your life transform into your heart's desire. The river of gratitude transforms all in her path leaving depths of unwavering joy!

Clearing Radiation Toxicity

I am amazed at the level of radiation toxicity that is clearing from my body. For years I have been working at clearing plutonium poisoning out of my body, and now Radical Gratitude is very effectively clearing out a layer that nothing before has been able to touch.

It is exciting to be so free of the old disruptive energies in my brain and particularly in my pineal gland. For more inforamtion on using gratitude for transformation please visit www.BrainForSuccess.com

Ask Cynthia Miller, Ph.D. ~ great expansion

This past week I have received various emails about the transformation process. One question that has arisen is about feeling sad or depressed after a time of great expansion. The light and expansion brings up that which is not in harmony so it can be released. The sadness and depression are energies that have been blocking the true self. So, it's good news that the sadness and depression are come up from the unconscious to be seen and transformed.

If you have a question about transformation, please send me a blog.
Thanks,
Cynthia

Stroke of insight: Jill Bolte Taylor

This is an amazing video to watch!
Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor had an opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: One morning, she realized she was having a massive stroke. As it happened -- as she felt her brain functions slip away one by one, speech, movement, understanding -- she studied and remembered every moment. This is a powerful story of recovery and awareness -- of how our brains define us and connect us to the world and to one another. (Recorded February 2008 in Monterey, California. Duration: 18:44.)

Lunar Eclipse Feedback

Dear Friends,

Thank you for joining in on Wednesday evening for the lunar eclipse. The lunar eclipse created a powerful transforming energy. Our group was comprised of about 20 people from Hawaii to Canada, from the West Coast all the way across the country to the shores of the East Coast. We then connected in with groups of people all around the world. It was so beautiful to see and experience connecting with a grid of people around the world. There were lights at each point where people connected to the web wrapping the earth in a wonderful net of transformation. Such an amazing sight!

Thank you again for your contribution of gratitude to your field of energy, which then assists the entire world. Gratitude is an important tool to use in these exciting times of individual and planetary transformation.

Blessings and gratitude to you,
Cynthia

Lunar Eclipse 2-20-08

Dear Friends,

Tonight is a full lunar eclipse and one email I received says during this particular lunar eclipse "a rapid acceleration in our space-time experience collapsing what is normally about a 30 day cycle to just over 3 hours"

You are invited to join me in a remote gratitude ceremony tonight between 6:30 to 9:30 Mountain time. We will be focusing on the field around our bodies and the membrane around that field. This would be like seeing your aura and a very thin membrane around your aura. We will focus on bringing in gratitude to the entire field around the body, completely surrounding the old patterns of pain, suffering and lack with gratitude, and bringing in the new patterns of joy, abundance and delight. Please feel free to tune in at any time for however long you like.

This is a wonderful time to come together with people all around the world to individually shift the patternings in our bodies, which will then assist to shift the energies of the earth.

I hope to see you in the etheric realms tonight as we bring more joy, delight and abundance into the fields of our bodies.

Here is a YouTube video of a lunar eclipse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=catZmBYX0Ig

Many blessings,

Cynthia
Please feel free to pass this on to your friends.

Thoughts Run Amuck

Unexamined thinking is like living in a garbage dump. All the old thoughts get shoved in the corners of the body. There they start to putrefy, rot and stink creating fear, anger, bitterness, greed, loneliness and despair. Over time internal energetic walls and structures are built to try to section off all this toxic debris.

The internal structures are like boxes that house the negative thoughts, lies, delusions and destructive self-talk. As these walls start to crumble, the thoughts run amuck. During this phase of the transformation process the tiny cubicles are opened and various thoughts waft up from a number of hidden, secret compartments. Creating new thought structures on top of the old ones never really works. At random moments, the body will revert back to the oldest, most deeply buried thought structure.

Clearing out the old thoughts and thought structures with gratitude creates space for your magnificent true self to shine more brilliantly and for more radiant joy in your body.

Heart Snow Rock

Walking along the river today I spotted this ice floating on top of a river rock. The snow on top of the ice is in the shape of a heart. Have a wonderful heart-filled day!

Transforming Trauma

It is another cold, clear day here in Durango, Colorado. I am busy diving more deeply into the process of transforming trauma. When trauma hits the nervous system one of three responses occurs - fight, flight, or freeze. It seems appropriate that today I am exploring freeze in the nervous system since it was two degrees below zero when I got up this morning.

Giclee of Rose Photo

I just picked up this giclee of my rose photo from the digital arts shop in town. Giclee is the process of using an ink-jet printer for photographic images to produce high-quality reproductions, retaining all the fine details of the original. This giclee is printed on canvas, giving the image the appearance of a painting. It looks fabulous! The next step is to stretch it around stretcher bars and hang it on the wall! If you are interested, you can purchase a photo giclee of many of my photos. Please go to www.MillerArtStudios.com. Thanks.

Emerging From Frozen Ice Chrysalis

I woke up this morning and it was five below zero. The ice outside my bedroom window reminds me of a butterfly wing. I am emerging from the frozen traumatized chrysalis into a new being.

Creating Models of Thought Patterns

Here is my sunny art studio. I am currently working on two pieces which show how thoughts create reality. The head on the left still needs spheres around the outside and I am not quite sure how to do that yet. The head on the right is titled "Thoughts Run Amuck" and is almost complete. Check back soon for more updates on these sculpture pieces.
